Workshops and retreats

Consistency is key to success. Ideally you have a regular movement practice that you enjoy, that you will keep doing, so you will get stronger, more flexible and develop a greater sense of balance.

A workshop with Pilates People Cork can add valuable skills and knowledge to your routine. Or it can be a lovely introduction to our smart, Pilates-based classes.

Some of the workshops took place in the studio or on retreat days in wonderful locations such as Ennismore Retreat Centre and Liss Ard Estate.

It was always my dream to organise a ‘real retreat’ of a few days, and it looks like this might be happening in May! Get in touch now to find out about our very first Pilates-based retreat, focusing on healthy movement, relaxation and strength in retirement and beyond.

It promises to be a very special retreat indeed, in the beautiful Creacon Wellness Retreat in New Ross in Wexford.
