Fab over 50 with Pilates and Buff Bones®

I feel stronger now than I did in my twenties. Admittedly, I didn’t really think about strength and flexibility in my twenties. I hadn’t even heard of Pilates!

Things have changed, quite a few decades have passed. I am happy I heard about Pilates and had the good fortune to become a Pilates teacher and Buff Bones instructor.

I don’t think the term ‘over-fifty’ is that accurate. You wouldn’t call a 30-year old and an 18-year old ‘the under fifties’, would you? Being 51 or being 83 is not quite the same.

However, no matter what age, movement will have benefits for how well you live your life.
